Utz-Sanby completed this restaurant fit-out in October 2004.The brief was for a sophisticated bar and restaurant, to suit a wide range of clientele and become part of the Paddington fabric.
We worked successfully, with a limited budget, to combine parts of the previous restaurant and existing furnishings to create a modern, comfortable and eye-catching interior and bring the out-door courtyard to life.
We were involved in all aspects of the design from furniture and fittings through to the signage and menues.
The project was completed from inception to opening night in just four months, and has been a huge success for everyone involved.
