| Utz-Sanby Architects has a broad range of experience and is interested in all types of architectural project, including one-off houses, alterations and additions, heritage listed buildings, commercial premises, corporate fit-outs, multi-residential developments and reuse. We provide a full Architectural Service for the duration of the project. This means we are involved throughout, from initial concept to completion of the finished product. Following is a brief explanation of the progressive stages.
These services are fully explained in our Client Architect Agreement, which must be signed upon engaging the services of Utz-Sanby Architects. Our fees are calculated as a percentage of the estimated cost of work, as agreed by the Client and then adjusted according to the actual Contract Price. We will submit a fee proposal on an individual project basis. For the uninitiated the design and construction process can be extremely daunting. Utz-Sanby Architects endeavor to communicate, educate and assist our clients throughout this process, so that the experience of designing and building a new home or project is a rewarding and satisfying experience for everyone involved. |
