Utz-Sanby Architects was engaged to design this multi-residential project, within an existing heritage listed building, in Kirribilli.
Working within the confines of an existing back-packers hostel and a previous DA, Utz-Sanby designed 7 two-storey apartments with an abundance of natural light and ventilation. These apartments capitalise on the height of the existing pitched roofs, and other unique features such as bay-windows, existing vegetation and views to create 7 unique, 3-bedroom apartments.
Utz-Sanby worked with the developers, project manager, builders Pimas Gale, and interior designer over the last 18 months to transform this unusual site into a luxurious, well conceived, boutique development in the heart of Kirribilli.
